The taco shop gets a 2/5!! The menu looks good but the food is bad. Me and my Friends ate some carne asada fries and they were bad at most; the fries were really salty and soggy. The meat wasn’t very tender and had no seasoning at all. The guac was the part I wondered if it was good, but it was so bad! This place wasn’t good at all, never eating here again.

As a Mexican, the food here is just shameful. It’s as if they found the lowest quality ingredients they can buy, let them sit and rot in the sun, then cooked it up. It just didn’t taste right. I know they’re capable of cooking good food (because they’re raza) but they choose to use low quality ingredients and charge more. Not worth the money. Plenty of other Mexican food places in SD.

I ordered the california burrito and asked for guacamole on the side, once I received my food I realized that the guacamole was spoiled and so was the hot sauce. Furthermore the meat is low quality. The only thing I would recommend is the French fries.

The picture of the menu shows fries drink and torta. After u tell them what number u want and ask u want to add fries and a drink for 3.49. When I received my order I had a mini Torta worth no more then 5 bucks and only meat half ways. And no favor. Service was good but he has no control of prices and food quantity.

Typical atmosphere for a mall food court, food was good! Pretty average food, guy at the counter was nice, I recommend if you're craving some Mexican food and don't wanna leave the mall to go looking for it. (That's what a food court is for right?)

1 star. Save yourself and go to Taco Bell or On the Border for taco Tuesday. This place is pricey, low quality meats and taste.We got #20 two beef hard shells for $8. That’s $4 each! If you want to add fries it’s $3 and if you want to add a drink, that’s $3.49 for a can of soda. The menu photo is deceiving as it looks like everything is included for $8. The beef was bland and I’m not a fan of cotija cheese.Also got #21 - 3 mini carnitas taco for $9.25. The carnitas was bland and I’m not a fan of cotija.Last, we got the Doritos flamin hot carne asada nachos and that was a bust. They used flamin hot limon not the regular flamin hot so it had a hint of lime in every bite which threw everything off. The nacho cheese mixed with that spicy lime flavor was so whack. The meat was also bland.Disappointed that a dish this simple was so bad. They should have given lime slices so that we had a choice.Overall, this place is so over priced for what you get and the meat is so bland.

The menu is misleading. One of your combo's that is pictured , 2 Tacos, French Frys and a drink $ 7.00, well what I found out was only the 2 Tacos were $7.00. I asked for a soda and that upped the total to $11.00.Taco Bell is better and a lot cheaper ! I will stay away from this place from now on !
