Went in one night about a hour before close. Asked if they would take my order due to it being late and they agreed. They both were really really nice, superb customer service but everyone knows no one wants to really work at night close to closing and that's why they half cooked my fries. Gave me extra wings so I guess that made up for it. GM offered me free fries that I never went to get because I didn't want to be let down twice.

They had me on hold for 30 minutes , when they picked up the phone they were so disrespectful for no reason I didn't even complain . The food there is always cold and taste undercooked

Wingstop sucks. only come here if you want a heart attack from the sodium, want to pay extra for ranch, and want to wait an hour for nasty wings

1 star for the employee Krishette who works here. we came in and she told to wait which was fine cause she was finishing up a online order then she took someone else's order before us when we were first and the only ones for a few mins . she has bad attitude. once it was our turn to order she was so rude kept looking up at the tv not acknowledging us and we asked if she likes the corn and she cut us off and said "i dont eat here i just work here" in a rude manner... she's very rude and has horrible customer service!

Came by today 12/092021 at 8:53 PM. Never met someone so rude as a cashier female lady. She charge me and touch the money in the machine then I saw her go grab the chicken tenders from the fridge with bare hands and put in fryer. I'm not too sure if they're aware of COVID-19 or not but that is cross-contamination and I am disgusted.

Mold on my cup, the employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive, they verbally assaulted my door dasher then claimed they couldn't hear me on the phone. I've been Repeatedly calling "district manager" just to get a voicemail. Second customer service rep dismissed me with "sure." Ive been in customer service for a decade and I'm appalled at the blatant lack of respect for me, my door dasher, health concerns and the lack of attempt to do anything to make it right so far.

Every time I try to give this place a chance they find a way to disappoint me. So today we ordered off of door dash (thighspot)We will usually get the thigh bites and those usually come out just fine. Today I decided I would get the bone in thighs and let me tell you if you can avoid those I highly suggest it. If you go in person just go across the street to Popeyes at least you will get a delicious plump thigh for the same price if not less instead of the sad thighs I got today from here. Check out the photo I placed these thighs were dry. small and just overall terrible. Thigh bites are at least tasty.

The only time ill order from here again is if we go into salt deficit. My nails are full of salt from scraping so much. I love my chicken from Wingstop but this location has to figure it out.

We get there at night the cashier said we don't have any wings with the bone we just have bone less wings so we ordered our wings the cashier there she took so long to understand our order it's OK in the end We did the order 20 pieces of wings with corn we got the wings very very oily we even dried with the napkin and come very crispy it's like a rock What the heck what's going on with you guys even the corn it's very cold and untasty if there is less than one star I will give this restaurant I don't recommend it for anybody

This is probably the worst wing stop I have ever been to, go to the one on Lemon Grove or Avocado if you are in the area. They made me wait an hour, which if you are busy I get that but they simply just messed up my order an didn't tell me. Then tried to give me cold fries. Never offered my money back ended up getting a refund that of course I won't see for 2 days. So after an hour and some change of wasting me an my 5 yr olds time ended up going all the way to lemon grove. Where I should have went anyway because this is not the first time having trash service at this location.... Edit I've never left a review and never posted this. I came in to Yelp at this moment in time a year after the above rant.... These service is still trash at least the crew was polite kinda ( that's an upgrade) although they charged me after I waited an hour and a half..

This review is just to push my zero stars for denying my glass of water I requested with my 10 piece order of boneless wings I know it's not required by law to serve water in a glass or if you have water cups in stock or not but my word has a meaning and that's why I'm reviewing my experience with my zero stars for the establishment good food but bad customer service I am only here for the deal so I know my money ain't worthy spending on this establishment knowing the customer service isn't the high key in the experience so thanks to the boss running the place I hope you the best of luck

I haven't written a review in a long time but this time I had to. This place is a horrible place to order wings. I just ordered a 8 piece wing with fries and a soda came to $15. Just wanted to try it cause I am used to Duff's and Anchor bar in in Buffalo, NY and the closest I can get is make my own or go to the "other" place in El Cajon which is good. Got home and they gave me 7 wings out of 8. OMG can't they count. The fries were horrible as well. Never again.

My order took over 35 minutes from the time I order to receiving it, after being told it would be 18 minutes. Some excuse of cleaning the fryer, it was lunchtime, why would you start cleaning it then.

DO NOT EAT HERE. There are two girls working 3/1/2021 5pm I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer Service sucks!! This is 1 of my Few Yelp reviews, I don't normally review unless something really upsets me. I came into the store around 5pm, NOBODY was in the store no Meals were made for DoorDash or anything like that. I ordered and have been waiting for 1 hour it is currently 6:30pm and They have not made my food at all and new people walk in and they come out with there's so fast. I have said many times. Please make my food and they haven't. I am very dissapointed in this facility
