Recently this used to be my favorite place to go but now I can't even order my food without them missing an item, the would cheap you out on their side hummus, sometimes chicken won't be cooked all the way, and forget the things you ask for example their free piece of bread or forget your hummus. Overall this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I've been going here for a 1 year and a half, but now I might not ever go order there again as this happened on multiple occasions.

Very interesting and delicious sandwiches and salads. I had the Banh Mi sandwich, good flavors and quality ingredients. The only bad thing is the awful parking space situation.

While Urbane has a nice menu, with lots of options, the service is something else. I've been 3 times the last couple months for online order pickup, and all 3 times have taken nearly a half hour beyond the Urbane's noted pickup time.
This store needs to hire more staff. Definitely don't come to this location if you're in any kind of hurry.

Thank you for your exceptional customer service! This place is one of my favorite restaurants in EC, and employees like Andres is one of the main reasons why this place is awesome.
