The boss there is a jerk, calling their employees names and treating them unfairly. If you like urbane cafe I’d recommend going to a different one. Also my salad was soggy.

My husband and I shared our first lunch experience with Urbane Cafe. What delicious sandwiches and soups. Everything cooked well. Great choice of mixed flavors. I wish the sandwiches were larger for the price but thats okay. Friendly staff. Good amount of parking. Will definitely return sometime.

Food’s great, Wife had a salad that was delicious & my sandwich BBQ TriTip - side salad was exceeded expectations! Staff was friendly & helpful. Needed to visit Men’s Rm and it was locked! Left with visit marred by ridiculous paranoia. I hate asking for the combo to use diner’s precious facilities, probably won’t be back.

Really impressed with the quality of the food. Experience two different plates and both were good. Tries a takeout sandwich a few days later and just as good. Very friendly manager, clean tables, outdoor patio. Highly recommend this place.

Lost my business today, which is unfortunate because I really like the food.
I have a group of friends over and was raving about the chimichurri sandwich at urbane, so we were going to pick up 4.
When I went online, it was grayed out. My friend looked on door dash and it was an option, but more expensive and I was able to pick up in store. So I called, then called again, then gave five minutes and called again. I waited 10 more, called again, then like 5 times in a row. They NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! why have a phone?
So I assumed they were closed or didn't have it and went to Jersey Mike's.
