Food is always delicious here, but the service was so slow. My friend and I waited almost 30 minutes for a sandwich and an ahi salad. Not sure if this is a recurring issue, but if it is don't come to this place unless you want to wait a long time for your food
I was greeted promptly and kindly by Colton who explained the menu items and made great recommendations. As a manager of a retail location, I value iconic customer service as such. Hire more Coltons, promote more Coltons. Thank you, Colton! Also, the food was great.
I love the food at Urbane Cafe! I have been coming here for years now. I am very impressed by the new manager, Philip, who has taken the service and customer care to the highest level! What a great addition to the team!!
