Just called to confirm a price on an item the cashier said “ I cannot give you any price over the phone this is our policy” what policy is this? May I know I am driving to San Diego from another state she said come here and check the price what policy is this ???!! Screw your policy

I placed an order with Rasha for a Christmas luncheon. She was very professional and very nice. Answered all my questions and just made it an easy process from A to Z. Food was delivered on time and was all very delicious. I will definitely order again. Ty Rasha!

The people that used to work here years ago were really nice. Now the staff at the Registers and the so called manager on the evening shift are so rude. They have no customer service skills They are not welcoming at all They barely even want to talk to the customers. They think so high of themselves. Horrible Horrible customer service. The worst one is tge manager.

I would like to share I am a former customer of Valley Foods I stopped going there not because the food was not fresh or not good the food was great I loved it prices were okay it was the rude and mean customer service I would get from the young lady that did the cashiering in the front I had to confront her because I was shopping there at least three times a week and spending good money but all I got was a disrespectful employee these people that work here really need to learn how to smile to all the customers and respect everybody people that go in there spend good money

First and foremost I’m not sure if certain employees have not been taught customer service or just common sense, but when speaking to a customer, keep in mind that you should speak with respect. At the end of the day if you don’t want to be working, don’t show up! Female staff member in the bakery area had the absolute worst attitude. Clearly she did not look pleased to be there. Customers are paying for what they’re buying, they are privilege to purchase items.

If i can i would give 0 star to this store , cause its not the first time that i got bad stuff from them and on top of that they are pricey.i tried to give them a chance by keep shopping from them to see if they may change but it seems they did not ?.i got this parsley from them last week and i bought few of them and its was loaded with these worms inside every single branch of it cause they were old and they try to get rid of by selling them to people . I don’t recommend this store to anyone at all and i’m not gonna be back there anymore ??i will try another middle east stores in the area like North park or Harvest stores cause i heard they are better than them.
