Bad customer service specially the manager Jenni and the other one Lula so rude .. the stuff are so weird and they don't respect customers , I don't recommend this place at all

This Walmart location is very bad. There is an employee name Ahmed ( cashier) open and close the line based on the people that he knows. My husband was there on Sunday, and he was in the line to pay, Mr. Ahmed said this line is closed, so my husband change to a different cashier; then, Ahmed opened up his line again for one of the employee's mother because she didn't want to stay in a long line, so my husband went back to Ahmed's line thinking that is open. Ahmed told him, no sir this line is closed. So, very poor management, that such a store belongs to a big company, open and close lines for their employees' families. You guys deserve below zero rate.

Monday 08/28/23 10:30am (ish) the day i was discriminated. So i went to Walmart to buy groceries and before i knew it the cart was full. Had to pee brought the cart by pharmacy and went to take a piss. I self checked out, not in the area but the ones with the conveyor belt. The lady working there was like standing by me i could see her by my right shoulder then by my left, she was all over the place watching me like i was going to run out or not scan everything (she was not subtle about it at all.) Then some one ask her for help and she was like that's not my section this is my section and i could hear her say something about the guy in the white shirt, which was me. And i spent 240 ON MY DEBIT CARD i might add ( that's real money) and i didn't even get a have a nice day sir. No one followed me around while i was shopping. It was like she took it upon her self to be loss prevention. They need better policies for identifying potential shoplifters and a trained professional to do. If she wants to make sure i scan all my items they need to put her back in a check stand.

I don't walk very well even with a walker. So I get to Walmart and they have only one electric cart left and it doesn't work despite being fully charged. I spoke with the manager who said it was just repaired, and I showed him how it's still not working. Green light shows that it's charged but it won't move at all. Typical for me to get a ride to the store, but now I'm going to have to have my ride take me to another store where they have working electric carts. I really should stop coming here and it's the worst grocery store anywhere in Southern California.

Certainly a very lousy place to get service or do business. I went there to purchase a Money Card (prior to taking a vacation). Upon my return back, I discovered that almost half of the fund was stolen on my card. I returned back to the store to take out the rest of the fund, as well as file a dispute on almost half of funds that was fraudulently used by someone. (Possibly by someone who who work there). The employee was awfully rude and informed me that I have to wait for awhile until an investigation is done. Actually, I couldn't use their card to shop there and take out the remaining balance on my card. Certainly, there's no doubt about it, but I believe that they downright stole most of the funds that was left on my Walmart card. Now, I don't know when or if I would ever get my funds back. Since it was used by someone at three other stores. So now I will have to just wait because obviously they don't care about you or anyone else! ‍

This is with a 5 to 6 PM delivery from Walmart neighborhood market looks like. First, they don't show up on time and then when you call the number for Walmart, plus they called the store, and the store tells you it will be delivered directly. 2 1/2 hours later when it starts to get dark and you decide to call Walmart plus again they call the store again and they say it's no longer being delivered, but that you can go pick it up. So then, when you park in the pick up spot in the attendant comes out to help you they tell you that the order was returned. After standing here for 20 minutes someone finally comes out with your order. If you need an order between 5 and 6 PM, and don't mind waiting by these boxes until 10 after nine, this is the place to order from.

The service is so bad here!! Me and my mother were at the self checkout and when we wanted to remove grapes from our purchase she asked for my mothers ID to remove the grape?!?! Of course we didn't give it to her but that just proves that she thought we were stealing and might I add the whole time she was standing next to us like girl your not slick and she was built worse then nickcado Avocado if you seeing this (I don't know her name) I hope you lose your job.

Why oh why oh why are your employees stocking and running floor cleaners in the day time? I spend more time waiting on them and trying to get out of their way than anything else. They're the rudest employees of any Walmart and that's not saying much. You are literally treated like you are in their way. News flash, is Walmart now too cheap to have a 3rd shift where these tasks are typically done? For fekks sake this is ridiculous. I try my best to never go to this location but alas, I needed something quick. I got the last cart. Which is rare there. All the homeless steal them. Once again, your employees are the worst. Lazy, entitled, and ignorant in rude. A clear direct reflection of Management and the Company.

would give zero stars if I could. anmar is the rudest employee ever. i went to the customer service area to get help returning an item and anmar was the clerk at the time. when I asked for help he told me he was busy than I proceeded to wait over a half hour just for him to tell me he couldn't help me! I have never witnessed something so unprofessional! it is very obvious that anmar does not care about the employees he serves and only cares about bossing around his other coworkers from what I have seen, management needs to do better at evaluating who's a good fit for this job. nobody should ever have to feel like they are an inconvenience, yet anmar has clearly made that his main goal.

Worst managed store I have ever seen. I'm not even giving it the credit of being called the worst walmart I have ever seen. Waiting 8mins for someone to show up after you push the button calling for unlocking service to open a station that is locked is unprofessional on the stores part (8-15mins+ usually) no one shows up this time and I am told by 2 employees that they do not have access to a key and the one who does is probably busy. The funny part is that I and my family have put up with this for 3yrs and I am just now deciding to not ever come back. This store is 6 blocks closer but moving forward the Vons, Albertson or Target will be where I will head to instead of this place.

Prices are pretty good, better than Vons, IF you can find what you need in stock. Went this morning and had an entire cart full of food and there were NO checkouts open, everything was self-checkout only. Well when you have two disabled people, self-checkout is hard. Had to ask but they opened a checkout for us. Cashier was nice so I added an extra star. I didn't catch her name.

Feels like there are only one or two employees in the whole place. Long lines, empty shelves, no Countrytime lemonade mix, and poor customer service make this an avoid unless desperate.

This location drives me crazy! The customer service from the employees on the floor always seems like I am inconveniencing them. So many employees are rude and unhelpful. Today was the 1st time in awhile I was assisted by someone that was nice and helpful. Please get more employees like Sjmael. She changed my whole experience today. I really appreciate her assistance.
