This is the 4th time in 2 weeks that the restaurant has opened late. They open at 6:30 drug thru. It is now 7:18. And its still not open. The manager pulled up at 6:41 and didnt say a word to us waiting. We were understanding and even gave them a half hour to get their stuff together. We were then told they wouldnt be opening anytime soon. Why have business hours

The guy who was working at 10:55 at the window was very rude and also he gave us a cold chicken nugget when we came back to replace it he was giving us attitude .
The worst part was the spicy chicken sandwich we opened the bag and we figured that the chicken was
not cooked perfectly it was disgusting
Not recommended will never go back there.

today october 27 me and my son we went to wendys for breakfast and Leticia took my order, she gave us an excelent customer service, she's always smiling and answering all my questions and the food was warm and tasteful, we will return because of the good customer service and the food.

This is my first review — I never leave reviews because I don’t really care what I eat or how clean a place is. Everyone says this place is dirty and that the food tastes awful. And I mean, yes, it’s dirty, but the food actually tastes good.

Here’s my problem: I asked for the restroom code, and the worker said it whispering. I was like, “What?” He ignored me and kept talking to another customer. I asked again, but I still couldn’t understand him. He was rude. I thought the code was 5555, but it wasn’t, so I couldn’t go to the restroom.

The food also took a long time to be ready. I know working is hard and tiring, but why be rude to people? Like I said, I don’t really care what I eat or stuff like that, but even the soda tasted more like water than soda, and the burger fell apart completely.

I don’t really mind that — I just care about why that guy was rude and didn’t tell me the restroom code properly.

Went to Wendy’s tonight and I was disappointed in my service I ordered 3 large combos and when I asked for sauce they rudely told me they started charging 0.50 cents per small condiment these companies are getting out of control , 3 large combos and I can’t even get a single sauce per meal for free is ridiculous definitely won’t be coming back here charging for sauce is crazy lol.

The place was sooo dirty, we wait for about 5min to somebody to take our orden even when we were the only ones inside the restaurant.
The food was ok. We wanna eat there but I just can't let my kids eat on that dirty tables. Trash and food on the floor. The staff were nice though.

I normally try to be very patient and understanding but I have been putting up with this lack of customer service by this one individual staff member that doesn’t call out when the food is ready and very rude to me and a friend of mine the last 3 times I was there his name is Gael and he works at this location and for the location doesn’t have ketchup in there despencry

Place was dirty and the homeless where just walking in the restaurant to use the restroom. Also no one was worried about cleaning the tables and chairs so the next customer could have a decent place to seat down and enjoy their meals
