I ordered 30$ worth of pizza bites and I asked for a water then manager poured it in a small kid size cup , I asked if I can get the water in a regular cup with lid since I would be walking around then manager said too bad then go but a bottle water else where

My daughters love to come for the dog bites and pepperoni pretzel but it’s two occasions that the dog bites are burnt and barely any of the mini dog is edible. We will have to start checking the food before walking away .

bought this from the standalone wetzel pretzel (the other side of the mall). the pretzel was very hard to chew and after i had a few, i realized mine came with a little bug too. they gave me a refund at the end.

Listen… I love Wetzel’s Pretzels. I have eaten there many times over the years and have never had a “bad meal.” Today was no different. BUT… I ordered two pepperoni pizza bites and two sauce cups and they charged me $25 FKING DOLLARS!!!! I could justify that if we were at the state fair or at an event at Balboa Park. But just as the average everyday price??? That alone has made the decision for me that I will not be coming back. The food is good, but it’s not THAT good. That is ridiculous.

Pls update your hours of operation. I’m still at the mall it’s 7:32pm. I walk up to a female and make Hispanic working on sat night and they tell me they are closed. 30 min early? I mean I guess y’all don’t want business

They had roaches in the floor,The pizza things looked raw I had a stomach ache after eating just a few, I would not recommend you eating here I would though recommend if u want food poisoning. I used to enjoy eating here but after after around October they have always been sold out and food mostly comes out burned. Please up ur service Wetzel pretzel

If I could rate no stars…. Very burnt undercooked somehow, and overpriced pretzel bitz, you’d think for $9 and some change would be a little more care involved in preparing these, but sadly the love is lost. You can’t pay people almost $20 an hour and get quality pre prepared food I don’t know about the future of food service . It’s a shame

This location is way overpriced. I ordered two of their little combos and my total was over $30! Now I see why they don’t list the prices for anything - it’s so they can just jack up the price after you order.

This Wetzel Pretzels is the best place ever and all the workers work very hard and they have excellent customer service and I appreciate what they do and thank you for being kind wetzel.

They have 5 workers, but not a lot of food is coming out. If you want anything other than pepperoni with jalapeños or plain you are out of luck.

Went in at 5:45pm on Friday 8/20/21 and they said they were done baking so they didn’t have more pretzels. Mall hours were until 8pm. They were closing early

All team members are working hard and very friendly this busy Sunday, but As I’m enjoying my warm fresh delicious pretzel, sitting in front of this location, I can’t help but notice team member Angel’s bad attitude. As he’s making pretzels Behind the counter, you can hear and see how he slams things around, seems like it’s making other team members uncomfortable, I kind of saw a team member in a blue shirt say something but he didn’t seem to care. Just thought it was disrespectful, not only to guest but to all staff there.

It was OK.

They never have anything but bites and plain EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO. And there pretzel always taste dry, old or like they’ve been sitting for too long. Every time I ask a question about ANYTHING they say it will be about 25 to 45 minutes. Unless the managers there.

Terrible location. The few times I went here the pretzels were definitely old and getting stale. I spoke to the manager on the last occasion and she was super unprofessional and didn’t even take her AirPods off when she talked to me.
