Sat in drive thru for 6 mins bfr they took the car in front of me order, then waited another 5 mins and noone came to take my order so I left. Ridiculous wait time for a "drive thru".

Inside this restaurant is in need of an update and I could smell the funky mop water BUT the staff were really nice and the chili cheese dogs just like I remember! I wish I would have gotten several extra to eat the next day.

Hours say open til 12am . I waited and waited in drive through and no one would take my order. Bad service. I was there 9/12/24 at 11pm and whoever was working was obviously not doing their job and shouldn’t be working there!!!! I drove around and they were sitting in the lobby on their phone. If you go there at 11pm they won’t take your order. Bad service and the company is losing money I’m sure because that person is not taking orders after 11

They always close the dining before the actual time they really close. Just went right now and they were closed, but it says on the window that they close the dining room at 10pm. It ain't even 10pm yet. And they wonder why they barely getting any business.

I can't put 0 stars but dame. I been to bad customer service but not as rude as JUAN from this place just awful disrespectful so rude the other guys on phone instead of giving me my order that was sooooo wrong just an horrible experience
