I'm in eating this location all time ago today was the food is horrible The bread is bad and cold is a new people working in this location they you don't know what are they doing please respond fast and fix the problem if you guys don't fix it I will find that the location thank you

This is my first review I have ever wrote the wings top is the worst restaurant I have ever been into I waited 45 minutes for 6 wings and the employees were rude eating food while serving I will post the picture

I placed an online order October 3, 2025 11:45 pm and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. I was patient. There were a lot of people in there. Some looked to be just hanging out. Like they were friends of the employees. Others looked suspicious in one way or another. Not sure what is going on at this El Cajon location, but the parking lot was full of the usual activity as well. Needless to say, my order was never ready, the skinny girl at the counter looked worried, and I had to leave. Disappointed.

Every Time I ordered from here it took way over an hour to get the food and they spill all sauces in the bag.
The worst wing stop by far. They also charge more than other locations on all sauces.
Thankfully whey opened other nearby locstions!
I would like to express my concern about an incident that occurred when I visited your restaurant with my family. When we tried to place our order, one of your employees, named Jason, spoke to us in a very disrespectful and insulting manner. He shouted at us and said that it was cleaning time. We tried to distance ourselves from him, but he continued to act aggressively, as if he wanted to attack us.

Front cashier sucks has terrible service she’s rude . Dealing with food without washing her hands . This location will continue to suck and has for years . Trash on the floor and overall dirty !! Answering phone rude doesn’t give nobody a chance to ask questions at all

Ordered online and waited almost 30mins past my pickup time to receive my order. When I initially got there 5mins after my order was supposed to be ready, I waited an additional 5mins to be acknowledged. I was then told 5 mins for my order, and waited 15-20. Got home and my tenders barely had sauce.

Great staff here. I got my order from Ms Aida and she hooked it up. A 20 piece bone in fried crispy order of 15 hot honey rubs and a 5 piece of that new hot lemon flavor. Thanks Aida and Crew I Will Be Back!!!

messed up my small order that they took thirty minutes to make and then he hung up on me when calling to see what we can do about it. 👎🏻
Worst experience ever. One of the employees, Etzl, was on her break, then went into the freezer and grabbed raw wings with her bare hands — no gloves at all. When we reported it to the staff, they asked her about it, and she said, “No, it was just fries.” That answer only made things worse — clearly trying to cover it up instead of admitting the truth. I work in quality assurance and I know what I saw. You can check the cameras to confirm.
We also asked to use the bathroom and were told, “No bathroom use after 1 AM,” yet two girls were allowed in just minutes later. That’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Thankfully, one kind and professional employee stepped in and said she would personally prepare our food in a clean and proper way, which we appreciated.
Still, the owner needs to investigate immediately. There are serious concerns about hygiene, accountability, and how customers are treated.
