Tried to get their version of a Philadelphia roll(Alabama?) with tuna instead of salmon, kitchen said yes but woman in front said no changes to any roll. Just as well, I had the Hawaii roll and there were thin small pieces only on top inside a simple cucumber roll. Miso ramen tasted more like pork and a little heavy on the dash.
