I always love the Starbucks inside the Vons but today august 15th my barista was rude. She also made my drink wrong. I got venti caramel macchiato. The Starbucks app says it has 3 shots of espresso. She only poured one. My drink practically tasted like an iced milk. I was so disappointed. I still kept a positive attitude. She might’ve been having a bad day but that doesn’t excuse her rudeness.. I was also waiting while she was just talking to her co worker.

Our cashier, Nathalia, seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had a judging look on her face the entire time. It also felt like she was moving in slow motion with the time she took to make our order. This would normally be fine but we were in a rush today so it sets us a few steps back.

Cant order from the ap for this location but no matter. Its always in and out when I go in the mornings. The staff is always cool and the kiosk is clean enough. Plus I can grab some other goodies from Vons at the same time. Parking is never an issue in the mornings either. Atmosphere lost a star only because the fix in bin could use some work. Keep it clean and stocked and youre hitting a full 5 in that respect. Final thought: This spot is a definite repeat visit location. See yall again soon!

This Starbucks is not my regular location but it definitely serves a purpose for when I'm at that location. I prefer locations that have a drive through and this one is more for getting a quick beverage or food item inside.

I always wonder where Starbucks get good employees from! They're so so helpful, love ? the workers from Vons!! They already know what I want as I go mostly every day!!! Thanks Vons!

The disgusting bathroom is neglected and looks like it belongs in a canteen. The employees are very friendly but everything is dirty, glass, floor, EVERYTHING.
