the best chipotle I've ever been to, consistently amazing food, rice isn't messed up. portion sizes are decent, and the staff are friendlier than the average.

Food is fresh here but the portions are really bad. Service is also slow here even when no one’s in the store. I also got overcharged.

If they don’t wanna give you a nice portion, just ask for a side of everything as long as it’s not meat, they won’t charge you Thanks to the Hispanic lady around mid 30’s working up front, at around 2 this afternoon. Don’t forget to grab your extra napkins and forks. This is the only location that did this, & I’ve been to several locations. Hilltop isn’t that far.

I think this is the best chipotle in the east bay in my opinion. The staff is cool and very nice. The food is fresh and delicious and everything looks clean and tidy.

I was extremely disappointed with my meal. After finishing my food and cleaning the bowl dry, I noticed a hair at the bottom. It was definitely not mine, which made the experience even more disgusting. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling at this establishment. I expect much better hygiene standards from any restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off from ordering here again. I hope they take food safety more seriously in the future.

They don’t know how to wrap a burrito… The tortilla was uncooked. They are not following the procedure. It was all a mast when I did eat.
