This place is just so warm and welcoming, best Denny’s I’ve been to in my life, fills my heart with joy. Marissa is always so nice thoughtful and caring. This location is great but she makes the experience so much more enjoyable.
I decided to visit this Denny's since it was on our way and the experience was terrible, the place was crowded, I waited 25 minutes just for someone to take my order. I counted 8 employees who walked by us and didn't come close, and another 25 minutes just for the drinks, 15 more minutes for the food, which today was not to our liking, the egg had an unpleasant taste and texture, the sausages tasted like plastic. I am a frequent Denny's customer, but today was not a good experience. At first, I thought it was due to a lack of staff, but I think it was a lack of attitude on the part of the employees, among other things, I think they should pay more attention to customer service.

It seems like when the guy manager isn’t there the other works aren’t as prompt and ready as they should be.. it has been many occasions where me and my family waited almost 20 mins in the front of restaurant to be seated no one is every in the front they never answer the phones and then sometimes they give your food away in front of your face and then have to wait and to be told why are you mad I’m fixing your order.
