I went this morning to this location for breakfast with my mom we was seated immediately there was no wait it all the hostess give us a warm welcome with a smile and make us feel good about our visitThe server silvia was very attentive took our order brought our delicious milkshakes fast and after some minutes we received our food my skillet was hot and tasty the brisket was so warm fresh and delicious the baked Mac n cheese was amazing and cheesy and my sons breakfast was very hot and delicious too with fresh crispy bacon and ham defect over medium eggs we left the store full and happy overall our experience was 10/10 we had a great time the ambience is perfect for friends and family and the store was very clean and sharp same as the good presentation we will be back soon thank you guys.

I came in the past week are experience was very delightful it was very clean and it looked remodel recently. we were seated very fast the coffee was very good . The staff and management was very polite they took really good care of me and my friend. We got a bourbon skillet and a southwest Benny, the bourbon skillet was very flavorful chicken was crisp and tasty the southwest Benny was very delicious it was made to perfection and well made not like other places. I 1000% would recommend this Dennys out of anyone in the bay area amazing team and service would come back.

I love Denny's. Like Panera, it's a home away from home. When I'm on the road. The people are consistently courteous and helpful. The food is of value for the price. And it's a nice place to meet new people because everyone is in a good mood.I was sad to hear about the temporary closing of one of the Denny's because of crime. I believe it was in Oakland and that city definitely needs help.

OMG, no avoid this location at all cost. We went in on 2/10/2024 and it was near empty but that didn't stop them from having NO customer service and NO properly cooked food. They had a nice older lady that was clearing tables help the waitress who was supposed to take out order but didn't. Sweetest elderly lady too. gave us our drinks and then another girl came to get our orders because as she said, our waitress was busy. really. ok. Then the elder worker stopped by our table to say bye and too enjoy our meal when it comes as she clocked out...but then she got called back in the kitchen as the waitress asked her to serve another table drinks for her, wow. poor lady holding the fort there. When we placed our orders my man asked for his hashbrowns to not be cooked overdone but lightly browned so they are soft not crispy. She said ok no problem. Then we waited. and waited, and waited. maybe its my order of crepes that may be taking them long? after all a party of 2 was seated after us, their orders taken and they were served before us, then we saw a kitchen staff walk out to the drink area and he was wearing black crocs! ok, health and safety violation but its not my feet so I didn't care. then went to the bathroom and saw a female employee eating lunch in the back table by the restroom with a kitchen worker clearly taking a moment to flirt with her...smh kids is what i chalked that up too, went to table still waiting for food. When the food finally got there, my mans hashbrowns were near charred! We immediately told her no, this whole ordeal is just ridiculous and walked out. Dennys at this location...where the hell is your management? Get it together. I will be letting the executive team know and the board of directors. As we left the party of two near us LITERALLY said "Good for you" as we got up to walk out.
