I order Frannies for carry-out once a week. I love their spam musubis, loco moco, teriyaki chicken and the spicy house rice is the best (plus extra chili oil!). The quality of food is always great and reliable. I love Frannies.

My favorite place to get Chinese food. I’ve tried a lot of spots in Richmond and this place is by far my favorite. The food is freshly made and you can taste the quality of their ingredients. My go to is beef and broccoli with fried rice. I’m from the East Coast and Chinese food out there tastes way different than over here (and better in my opinion). Frannie’s is the closest I’ve gotten to back home <3 So good. My partner loves their Mongolian beef. The staff is friendly and it’s not a long wait. I HIGHLY recommend you try them out!

First time here. Dine in today. Ordered the chicken katsu, and the veggies were cold (ice cold).The veggies are under the chicken in the photo. I ask the lady that took my order about the cold veggies and she told me that it comes cold because if it was hot it would make the chicken soggy from the steam it would create in the container it came in. She should of made me some warm veggies to make a customer happy, but she didnt. Never had a place give you cold veggies before on purpose. I had plenty of katsu chicken at other places, and the veggies were very hot, even in a container. So I gave 2 stars, should have given 1 stars.
Probably not coming back here, it cost me $20.00.

Salt and pepper chicken was burnt on some pieces. I would rather had the barbecue sauce on the side rather than on my barbecue. Not a good choice for me to eat here again

The best macaroni salad to start. BBQ chicken over cabbage and or rice delicious. Loved the combo plate. Haven't tried the fish yet. Never judge a restaurant by the outside otherwise you'll miss out on this one.
