Came here with the kids on a Friday treat. It was right after school so there were lots of kids around and the line was maybe 4-5 deep to order. It's too bad the place is understaffed. I feel bad for the one person there that was taking orders and making it at the same time. She was pretty nice and friendly and accommodated special substitution to the topping in my son's Thai milk tea drink. We also got popcorn chicken and another drink which I think is a mango smoothie with Boba. The drinks tasted good and the popcorn chicken came out hot from the fryer. ? Yummy ?

I rate this as the best Boba place I have visited yet! This has the best boba pearls and the tea! Staff is nice and items are very customizable. I usually get the Thai Tea (large) with extra boba and Lychee jelly. IT IS SOOO GOOD!!! Recommended! Would be good if the open hours were longer.

I go here mainly for the ube milk tea which is always delicious but lately the last couple times I've went they have been out of the ube and their kitchen is closed so no food is available which is starting to seem like it's always the case .
