I called in an order today and 3 of the burgers were incorrect. It wasn't noticed until we started passing out the food. I called and spoke with Patricia. She told me she was the manager on duty. I explained to her the situation and she checked with her cook. She said her cook made the burgers exactly how it says on the receipt. Well we received 3 cheese burgers with grilled onions and there was only supposed to be one with grilled onions. My Burger was supposed to have no onions. I am allergic to onions. This too I explained to Patricia. With no sympathy she said you must've grabbed the wrong burger. I said we checked every burger. Patricia not once tried to rectify the situation. Now I have to buy something else for lunch. This is poor customer and shows me that El Cerrito Nation's isn't able to handle high volume orders. I will never visit this location again. Patricia clearly doesn't care about her customers needs.
