I came here after a very intense strength and conditioning workout early this morning. I ordered the short rib hash. Please, trust me, this dish does not disappoint! So good and filling. Just the right size to not bring you over the edge but fill you up for sure. Very tasty. I highly recommend this place. So easy and comfortable and chill atmosphere. I like easy and great quality. I live on the Westside. So, I'm not in DT too often. This is worth my passing through time.

I’ve been to this place a lot and it was ok, but I do know a couple of people who worked part time and they had bad experiences working there from the people who trained them(not gonna name names). This place isn’t the best I’ll be honest, giving it 4 stars because this is the last place selling boba I know of in El Cerrito. Honestly if you could definitely try your luck with Quickly’s places like SF. I’ve had it some times in SF locations and it was completely different and had much more consistent quality with their products.

MID boba, way too sugary, overpriced, and just okay at most. The pearls are also bad from here, I’ve had boba from other places and Quickly has been without a doubt one of the worst.

Well, I was craving Boba today so I went there, and it is still closed. Actually, it looks like the interior is being worked on, so it's either making a come back soon or it's closing permanently. I give it five stars because this was the only place to get Boba in the area.

I went into this location today (Aug 27: at 2pm) and I have to say that the young lady behind the counter was super rude to the male coworker taking in the orders. She was so mean and just out right disrespectful to him, treating him like he's some kind of idiot. Mind you she was doing this in front of customers. It is her due diligence to treat her coworkers with respect and dignity ESPECIALLY if she is in a position of customer service. I honestly think this chic needs an attitude check. Had that been my employee, she wouldn't be working there. She is representing that company by being there working with other employees and dealing with customers. I give kudos to the young man she was picking on because even him being treated poorly, he was still polite and smiled to the customers that came in and ordered. He kept his cool and that speaks volume of his character.

I had their matcha boba and trust me something was definitely wrong with it. I could feel the coarse matcha powder right when I took the sip and I thought maybe it was just the first sip so I even moved the straw again and again but no. The lady probably didn't even bother to mix it properly because she gave out the order very quick. My friend who had ordered her boba got it after 3-5 minutes whereas mine they gave it out in less than 30 secs. I couldn't even finish the drink so I had to throw it out but soon enough I felt like puking and I could feel the matcha. The other matcha boba I've had definitely did not taste like that at all. I used to visit this place all the time but I won't be going to anymore. Very disappointed

I recently became vegan, and I looked more into the non-dairy creamer they use for boba after I got my drink. I decided that it didn't feel right for me to drink, so I asked the lady at the front if she knew more about it, so I decided I'd just buy a different drink. She went ahead and made me a different drink for free! Which was so nice of her. Little things like this really stand out to me. I really appreciate the great customer service!!!

This place is the worst. We entered the store. At the time we were the only customers in Quickly. Shortly after, people started coming in and ordering there drinks. The two family's behind me, that had already order got their drinks. I asked about ours; the lady said they're still working on it. I was like, ok. Then, the third and fourth customers got their drinks. So I asked again and the same lady said there still working on it. We waited almost half an hour; still no drinks. By then a was losing my patience; as two more customers got there drinks and food. I explained to the worker, that we were the first customers at the time to entered and order our Boba's. She then asked me what I ordered. Told her our drinks. Customers outside the store were like, they been here for a long time. A worker noticed a paper on the floor. One of the customers told me that they found my order and started making it. took them 3 minute's to make. Lady said our order is ready and told me to have a nice day. What I really wanted was an apology. Or a drink on the house or something. No, not that. Have a nice day. Gave them a tip too. After we order our drinks. If I knew this was gonna happen; i wouldn't have giving them anything.

Came here on a Thursday (Today) the cashier wasn't very nice. She had an attitude & treated me like I was some dummy. We ordered slushees & they were okay. We also ordered popcorn chicken & it was the nastiest popcorn chicken I've ever had. Super dry, barely any chicken & all that was $30. DO NOT go here unless you want to throw your money in the trash. Go to Purple Cow in Berkeley. Update: my brother just messaged me saying he is currently throwing up and has a bad stomach ache and can't leave the toilet. Quickly, please do better.
