I had a nail appointment for my daughter 📅 n Richmond and after all of the spending for graduation I was left with $18 and we were hungry. We really didn’t want any fast food drive through food so we stopped here for a burger and fries. The place is so cute and reminded me of my home town country burger joints. The meal was big enough to share. Everything tasted fresh and the burger was loaded with fresh produce. This el really hit the spot! I asked for ketchup and a side of mayo for my fries. The employees were really kind and welcoming. Def recommend this spot if you feel like and old fashioned burger and fries. I’ll have to come back for a shake and onion rings next time! 🤤

Seems decent but the prices are double what it says online, also after leaving we discussed the fact that this old dude there was staring at my kids the whole time, gave my daughter and I the creeps, my son noticed too. Super crowded and sub par food.

One of the cooks (a man bothered and impatient) had overheard the basic conversation of (myself and the patient lady cashier/server who was doing her job to the best of her ability), writing down my order and checking it by repeating to each other (aloud) about 2 times making sure we heard each other correct and Getting it Right.. and She Got It Right. (upset cook) dumped all my fries out from all 3 bags and refilled each bag 1/3rd way. PAID Full Price for less than the food served. The take out order I made for my family: 7 Hamburger and 3 Large Fries. Have Not been there since. WILL NOT return. Definitely not the same. Everyone needs there job. But I am a PAYING customer. I handed the cash that I earned working my jobs. I work hard just like everyone else to pay for and provide food for my family. Look I get it, I really do.. I understand the stress of every job.. but no ... and I PAID. Saddened by this, because I'm missing the previous owners, thinking of them knowing it wasn't easy for them then but they served their community with their whole heart. I'm remembering how this location was my family's ONLY favorite go-to spot. My grandmother approved. We would sit inside on the circle chairs, huddle around the table, stare at the pretty coca cola wall paper, sharing our day/enjoying our stories with each other, sipping on a chocolate milkshake or can of coke light on the ice, waiting for the big ol hamburgers and chubby fries our lunch or dinner all throughout my kid-teen-young adult years. My unforgettable memories .. a treat our fam looked forward to. That's all. I won't go back.
