This place is my go to as I always take bart and coffee is must needed for me at morning. As always I went there and ask for grande refresher today and realized I was about to be charged for light ice. Seriously, For light ice they were charging me $1? Before I used to ask a lot of time for light ice never realized they were charging me extra for that. Very rude service. Never going to come back in this place again.

Constantly understaffed and tables are always dirty. Also mobile order is unavailable at this location so you can't even try to mitigate that they only have person working during a morning rush

I’ve been to this specific Starbucks 3 times and they never have butter croissant or chocolate croissant they say they still frozen and never prepared and the services is horrible.

This is not actually a Starbucks. It's a Starbucks kiosk inside a Safeway. That said, this one far exceeded expectations. Service was fast and friendly. They had what I wanted.
