Terrible service and time management I came around 6:30pm and we waited around 20 minutes to order our drinks and to be served, there was almost one inside and no cars in the drive thru so I can’t understand why it took them so long /and have terrible customer services .

I've had to stop ordering from here and just go to the one at the El Cerrito Plaza. The drinks have consistently come out diluted and lacking the flavor that I expect from a good Starbucks drink. The cafe itself will randomly be closed for no obvious reasons to walk-in traffic, forcing you to walk through the drive-thru to get your order if you didn't arrive with a car. When I've interacted with people inside they do seem nice but I think this location would benefit from better management and re-training the staff to improve the product quality and standards.

I used to come to this Starbucks every morning — I was a regular customer for a long time. But lately, the service has gone completely downhill. The new employees barely speak English, making it hard to communicate simple orders, and the staff overall is rude and unprofessional. They’re constantly understaffed, and the store is often closed without warning. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially for someone who used to support this location daily. If they can’t provide basic customer service or manage the store properly, they might as well shut it down.
Waited 10 minutes for a croissant because the guy did all of the mobile orders before mine even though I was in person, waiting. Finally got it, took off walking, first bite was cold. It's like this at most Starbucks. They just don't get it. Take care of the person standing right in front of you first instead of rushing their order when they ask what's going on.
Starbucks has been in a steady decline over the last 5 years or so. They keep cutting corners, cutting costs, increasing prices and decreasing the quality of the food and drinks. Are you still love going there, now it just feels like a glorified fast food restaurant. Restrooms are always disgusting. Dining rooms are always freezing cold so it's hard to work if you want to.

I usually love my drinks from here but today I don’t know what happened my drink tasted Horrible 😒
This Starbucks drive-thru is always busy, so if you’re placing a mobile order, I recommend doing it 10–15 minutes before you arrive to avoid waiting. Inside, there are about five tables, but they’ve been full every time I’ve visited, so it may not be the best spot if you’re looking to sit down and study. Despite the high traffic, the service has been great—friendly and efficient. The drinks are always well-made, and my orders have been accurate. If you need a quick coffee fix on the go, this location is a solid choice, but seating can be limited.

It says that it closes at 9pm. I arranged to meet someone here at 6pm and it's closed, only the drive through is open. It's not just about coffee!!!

This one is a new one - we ordered drinks via drive-thru because their sign says “Drive-Thru Only,” and then went in to ask to use the restroom. There was three workers: manager, barista, and the worker doing the side jobs.
I had to wait for the manager to make her executive decision if she would open up the restroom for me to use while she took her sweet time taking other drive-thru orders. It was a dehumanizing experience lol @BrianNiccol, are you reading these everyday experiences at your stores? These are the ones you need to eliminate to get your customers. What a joke lol and this is California. Jeez.

The store is getting closed early then what they have mentioned outside and on site. They close the before the time and when i asked employee why they early close early and the guy don’t have any answers. The Owner must know this. I came 20 mins before the closing.

Great customer service everyday. 3 guys and a young Hispanic lady provides the best experience there. Today 9/22/2024 I had my first bad encounter with Kristin shift supervisor. She doesn't greet you with a smile only with a sigh of being irritated. She has terrible customer service. She very rude and will move you out of the line fast for her own mistakes. Never apologized and was angry at me first asking for caramel after I paid for it. I walked in to get my drinks and was greeted by 2 of the guys who always provides great customer service with care. They made my drinks to perfection and told me to have a great day. Please remove Kristin from the front. She putting a Debbie Downer on my favorite coffee place.

Makes 3 entire drinks for an employee who ordered after me alongside mine and makes mine wrong. Re makes it and puts 3 solid inches of whipped cream on the bottom. I paid for a venti and got maybe a talls worth of whip cream. Literally makes no fn sense. I only come here when I do laundry but honestly its worth it to go to safeway for starbucks at this point. Pay your workers better so you have more competent employees.
