This specific location is the slowest place I've ever been to. They will have multiple employees on shift and only 1 of them will be making your drinks. Be prepaired for a long wait
Use to order the brown sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso , no extras no changes . it was always delicious . Came back a couple of months later to order the same thing and it was terrible so I go back and tell them and they make me a new drink. Sweet. the girl asks if it’s better , its barley better but I’ll take it lol then the dude who made the drink comes and interrogates me about what was wrong with it because he “always makes it the same way” like ?? I don’t make the drinks . Maybe bad bean? Idk . Anyway I go again hoping for the best and order my favorite drink to only get a milky drink with no flavor no espresso . Sad and terrible experience , waste of money and time .

This is the worst starbucks I've ever been to. If they let you inside, you need to use their app to order. Then they stall for minutes at a time when you use the drive thru. Presently, I can see 6 employees hanging out, chatting, laughing and it's been 5 min going thru the drive thru for 1 drink and a muffin? And they can't take orders and they expect a tip! Where's the Starbucks regional manager? Sad where this company has gone.
