In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Yasss!!! I come here with my friends for outings and such. We always put fake names- love the fact they mispell our names so dramatically. Actually good tho lol! It's a bit overpriced so just come here for drinks when hanging with friends :)

I typically prefer specialty coffee and supporting local chains but I keep coming to this Starbucks because the staff is so nice and welcoming. Scott in particular makes my day. He always offers a smile, knows my preferences and treats his peers with care. I notice him do all parts of the role, sweeping floors, food and coffee prep. I also appreciate the other staff members that speak spanish. Its all good vibes here in this starbucks.. its the staff!

Great team and service. The food and drinks are what you come to expect. My biggest concern is the cleanliness of the store in general but specifically the restroom. Without exaggerating, the restroom smell will make anyone vomit, not to mention that this restroom is always damp and muggy.

I have contacted Starbucks customer service as the reply from the moderator suggests that I do. I received an apology and a generic response but no resolution.
