In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Great team and service. The food and drinks are what you come to expect. My biggest concern is the cleanliness of the store in general but specifically the restroom. Without exaggerating, the restroom smell will make anyone vomit, not to mention that this restroom is always damp and muggy.

I have contacted Starbucks customer service as the reply from the moderator suggests that I do. I received an apology and a generic response but no resolution.

Came here for a cup of tea. I was greeted immediately and my drink came out quickly with my name spelled properly. My low rating is because this location has two restrooms, but they only allow guests to use one. Staff were going out of one and refused to provide a code, yet I waited for 15 minutes with several patrons leaving. Despite seeing the line accumulating the staff was like sorry, only one restroom is operating, yet they kept going in and out of the other one that was...

This location does not give you the starbucks atmosphere and experience. It lacks a space to allow clients to work. It has no outlets to charge your electronics a very crucial need for any client that's there to get work done all while trying to enjoy a good cup of coffee.
