It's light and naturally sweet, tasting very much like the flavor I remember having in Taiwan.
Moreover, the owner is very thoughtful; they even asked us if we liked it and seemed worried about not getting it right. But surprisingly, I loved it!!!!

I was looking for a Chinese restaurant for lunch. And past by this restaurant. There were some people eating there. So I decided to give it a try. I ordered Qiaojiao Beef Hot Pot and Grass Fish Fillet and rice. Both dishes are delicious. The portions are great. The service is excellent. The waitress keeps asking me if I need more rice. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. Over all, I give it a five star. Definitely I will come back with my family and friends to try other dishes.
