I walked in and made an order to go- Maggie helped me in 10 seconds. She took my order of three items and rice by memory. Recited it back to me for confirmation exactly. My order arrived in about 10 minutes, and this next detail is why I’m writing a review. She packed the hot rice separately from the cold fish dishes. Wow! Fantastic! How many times have I ordered food to be picked up or delivered and they put hot next to cold? This attention to detail from Maggie, the speed of the order preparation, and then the perfection of the taste of the food deems this restaurant a BIG five gold star review. Delicious food prepared quickly and with care to the customer’s experience is what you receive at this amazing restaurant. Bravo! Brava! Hooray Maggie and staff!

Not welcoming Asian? Standing at the door waiting to be seated for 10mins and the server walked pass by us to deliver food and water to other tables and ignored us for 4 times. Then she went to the back and started playing her phone. Finally she asked us how can she help us. Then waited for another century until another server came to ask us to switch to another table. Of course we left this place, I’m not gonna let this place ruin my dinner. Just keep driving for another minute and you will see another Japanese restaurant.

I love this restaurant! The service is great, they give you time to look through the menu. Every choice sounds exciting, I enjoy that. The prices are better than any other places I've been to. I tried three different choices on the dinner menu, and so far everything on the menu is cooked perfect and tasty. And the Bonus is a great quality atmosphere. A good place to take a friend.
Parking: It offers a smaller size parking area in front but plenty of free street parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: I noticed younger people but I only went there after 8pm and I didn't see any small kids at that time.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a walk up ramp or a set of stairs available for entry.

I love coming to this hold in the wall! If you get there early enough there's no wait and the food is great. Portions are great and the environment is very authentic and traditional. Staff is amazing, very friend and wait times on food isn't long.

Don’t get me wrong the food here is delicious but the service here is pretty mild. I went there 2 times. The first I literally had to go talk to the lady after waiting for more than 15 min to have any kinda of interaction. I just wanted to order to go and the place was not busy she just choose to ignore me. They even had another client leaving really mad and had a small argument. Second time we decided to eat there and give a second chance and the waitress was super rude and made the experience super difficult. We go out to have a good time not to be treated as they are making a favor to serve us. It’s really sad because we finally met a place that is really good that has sushi and bento box but it’s not worth the hassle.
