Tell me that this isn't so this is my favorite place I usually go on Wednesdays when I'm in El Monte where will I go for a decent burger?

I took a while for this review but our family was thinking of places to go eat then we remembered this place and decided to skip in order to potentially not ruin a good time. We've came 3xs. 1st experience was underwhelming for the reviews. The person taking the order was fast and kind of rushing. But the food was delicious and they weren't rude, just rushing. 2nd time, there was a nicer man, but the food was sloppy. The burgers were kind of falling apart and the onion was STRONG and extra thick for some reason. 3rd time was the last straw. There were 3 cars in line, I'm in the middle. I did see 2 driveways but for some reason all of us went to the right side, I've never used the left side...not even sure if it works tbh since I'm not a regular. So guy in the front took a while to order, not sure what the hold up was but I did hear the person taking the order being nice and helpful to the guy. So I'm feeling chill. Then it's my turn and the guy couldn't have been more of a used douche. It sounded like he screamed something into the speaker but it cut off half way so idk what he said. I thought it was a mistake, then he raised his voice asking for my order and he sounded EXTREMELY MAD and once again his speaker cut him off. So I turn to look at my son like "what's up with this guy?" So still, I place my order as clearly as I can cuz i can tell he's impatient. He yells asking what drinks I want, I told him 2 Pepsis and 1 Dr pepper. He yelled again into the speaker and once again it cuts him off as soon as he said something. Idk what he said but I know he couldn't understand "Dr pepper" so I just said Pepsi. He sounded really angry, like almost as if he hated his life. It's not my fault he doesn't know how to use his equipment and that he's impatient and that the guy in front of me took 10 years to order. I don't understand why he was so patient with him, and when I even opened my mouth he became a raging bull. Me and my kids were so confused, the dude has issues. I scoot up, then I hear what seems to be either another man or a calmer man take the order for the car behind me. We can hear the car behind me being helped and it was completely different and they too were asking lots of questions and taking their time with the order...sigh. So idk what's going on at this place but they're bipolar. I could see there were 2 older men inside but I wouldn't be able to tell who was the one yelling. They need to go for a walk, learn how to use their equipment and stop screaming at the ppl coming to spend their money at their business. As for me, I'm good and this is literally the only reason I will not go there again. So food is 4/5, their sodas are 2/5 something is off about them too, service is 1/5.

Arts will always come through clutch. They have the burger deals on I think Wednesday and Sunday? Pretty tasty burgers, chili fries. I've also gotten hot dogs on vacations. They have two drive thru windows so the service moves pretty fast. They can reach to your driver side if you take the left lane. I've never sat at the outside seating but they have some older tables and chairs available. Not bad at all.

Dare I say better than In-n-Out? Yes! Especially when it's 1.99 per burger on Sundays and Wednesdays! The people are more personable there too. You get the sweetest, funniest, nicest people! More bang for your buck! Always looking for affordable places to feed 20+ people in the office. Just ask for Art! Gotta go back for the Bfast burritos! It might be a little shack, but it packs a big punch!

This place is a gem! My wife and I love innout more than the common innout lover. She saw this place on IG and had to give it a try. They definitely give the innout ambiance but the menu has many more options. There is only outdoor seating so we took our food home to eat. The burgers are very comparable to innout and they also have onion rings, chili cheese dogs, chicken nuggets, and much much more! Art's has monster fries which is their take on the innout classic animal fries. Everything we had was delicious! They also do breakfast burritos and we much give those a try. We are still innout die hards but we will be going to Arts from time to time when we want a bit more diversity with our double doubles. Give Art's a try!!!

I'll leave that up to you to answer... but, the extra items on the menu just might give Art's the edge, IMO.. I mean Chicken Nuggets (delicious), a Boysenberry Shake (delicious - my first time) along with Chicken, Fish, and a Steak Sandwiches... a Pastrami Dip and some Dogs. Oh yeah... last but not least..... BACON!!! They have BACON!!! 'Nuff said!!! On Wednesday and Sunday, they have a Special on their burgers. $1.99 for a burger (add $0.50 to add cheese). This is a great deal, especially in today's economic environment. Thanks again, Art. I highly recommend Art's. I would be a regular if I didn't live an hour away.

Great food and very generous prices! You definitely get a bang for your buck. The food is amazing. I have been pricking up breakfast for the past two weeks. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for many years.since it used to be, I believe EZ out burger. I've been here many, many times with no problems and always leave with good food for the price. If you're driving by give it a try.

I come for food here often and the blonde woman in the video is the manager of this place, she has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TALKS NASTY TO THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES. Embarrassing to see this every time no wonder they have to close on Tuesday for lack of employees. Good is decent. And the rest of the employees are polite
