I used to think they were the best not anymore. Customer service sucks, they are always out of boba, drinks are mostly ice and caught the worker drinking the leftovers of the drinks.

The service is super fast and staff was really nice. I didn't realize my order had an ingredient I'm allergic to in it until after I walked outside but went back in right away. They redid my drink and were really nice about it.

Drinks were "mid" as the kids would say... LolI had the mango twist, was pretty good, my wife got the matcha oolong with 25% sugar and less ice, but was still almost full ice in cup. Besides that the taste was not it.

Out of all the ding teas this one was really over priced at most ive paid 7 and the flavor for a peach tea was to sweet didn't taste like black tea at all and too top it off boba is hard.

Wanted to give this location a try when I was nearby. There a lot of advertisement for new items etc in the front but they were all unavailable or out of stock. I got the dragon lichi which was pretty good but it didn't even look remotely like the picture on the menu. It still tasted good but I don't the price for it (almost $7.50) was really worth it. Also tried out the egg waffle and I think they ran out of chocolate since they only gave me a little. Paid $8.50 for it and not really sure if I felt it was worth. Overall things tasted good but I've had many other better boba spots.
If no one is around, they can have no music on for anyone taking zoom/work meetings. Good place to wifi/bring laptop/study at with plenty of seats, outlet access on the walls, restroom and wifi. Tea is decent. I like that they offer 10% sugar instead of 30%. And only milk or non-dairy creamer options. Friendly staff. Wednesday rainy day, there was no one but us for the afternoon!!

This Ding Tea tastes different from all the other ones. The Thai tea itself has a different color and consistency than the others. I would avoid this location. The Milk tea also comes brown sugar on the sides which isn’t standard either.
