Saw this bakery next to fresh & flash market so decided to grab a few dessert bites. They weren't the freshest pieces, probably because I came at 6 but they certainly were tasty. Besides the texture being a bit on the hard side the small cakes were sweet goodness. Overall it's pretty good especially for El Monte. 4 small cakes totaled about $7, not too shabby.

Happy Bakery made a great tasting cake for my coworkers birthday last minute. The frosting is so perfect...not overly sweet. All I did was call them on the phone and tell them what character I wanted on the cake and what flavor and they came up with a very cute design.

I've been coming here for over 20 years specifically for the Tres Leches cake. It's a tradition that my parents get me this cake from here because it's the only tres leches cake I like. Today is my birthday and I got my cake and I was very disappointed. It's not wet at all! It's not leaking nor does it taste moist it's just like sponge vanilla cake. My mom called the man owner and he said we didn't let him know to make it super wet which we never had to do before. It's not even wet so.. He didn't try to make it right he just said next time tell him to make it wet. Im disappointed in the cake and the customer service of the owners. We are loyal customer giving them service for over 20 years.. I'm so sad and look forward to having my tres leches cake on my birthday because it's the only time of the year I get it. It was literally the highlight of my birthday. I'm just disappointed and wish they would've made it right.

Parking: open, free easy If you want a PRINTED PICTURE full sheet cake, this is the place to go in 24 hours. Yes, the graphics on the picture will never be perfect but it was such a hit at my friend's birthday party. The service was amazing and fast. I called in and they asked me what flavors I wanted (strawberry and custard, half in half). They let me know that the cake can be split in half so I could do two flavors. It's your typical asian bakery but I would come back for a custom cake!

I cannot express enough of how much I LOOOOVVEEED how my daughters 1st birthday cake came out which was also a very reasonable price! First of all it was delicious, the cake was very spongey and moist, it had strawberries and pineapple which were also so delicious and fresh! We ordered this cake 2 weeks before her birthday party and when we picked it up it was ready and was kept fresh even though we arrived very late from the original pick up time. Everyone at the party just loved how the picture looked very original and couldn't believe it was edible because of how good it looked! We will definitely be coming back!

The cake was so cute and sooo tasty! The frosting was yummy, the cake was soft and it wasn't super sweet! I ordered a birthday cake for my best friend and they loved it so much! So did everyone else at the party. The owner listened to every detail I wanted on the cake and made it come true! She even suggested some items as well! Very great service, very tasty cake! Love it here and will definitely be coming back.

Not only is the owner the sweetest person you will ever meet, but she knows how to bake delicious desserts. They have been in business over 35 years and if you decide to drop by to grab a quick snack or cake you will see why. If you are a fan of the twin dragon almond cookies get ready to geek out. This bakery sells the best almond cookies. I didn't even ask how much I just grabbed a couple because after the owner told me that this is their most popular item I knew I would not be disappointed. They are crispy and crunchy in all the right ways with a great flavor. It's the perfect cookie. The real reason I stumbled here was to check out the cakes and I saw they had cookies. Reasonably priced and nicely decorated. The bonus is that they taste great. Perfect for a birthday I am planning. Overall, I am impressed. Everything was reasonably priced and I couldn't resist grabbing a few more treats. Cheers to treating yourself!

I went to Sandy for my hybrid eyebrows and she did an amazing job! She's so nice and makes you comfortable while explaining the process. I just love how my eyebrows turned out.

I order a diabetic cake , not sugary at all, the strawberries inside the vanilla cake was most of flavor ,joe is nice , what bother me the must for 6 inch cake $49.99 instead of long cake I ask for round , it’s a wriped off an overprice cake , there was no difference than regular cake except no sugary an smaller.
