South El Monte has some of the best boba in the world. South El Monte is also home to a lot of Taiwanese boba supplies companies and import so that makes people who start boba shop businesses in the South El Monte an easy access to the materials and that makes it all thrive. When I am not getting the 7Leaves down the street in South El Monte, I would come here to study Mandarin or work on software engineering projects remotely. I think South El Monte has a thriving community of Asian and boba drink lovers. Hello Boba adds another great addition to that one. Another great option is Boba Time which is also right down the same street. I love to get boba and then head to the King Taco place and drink boba with my taco.

The cashier was friendly, adding to the warm vibe, and I was pleasantly surprised to find charming little ornaments for sale in the center of the shop. For my first order, I went with a large Strawberry Matcha Latte, no boba—and it did not disappoint! If you're looking for a great place to enjoy a quality drink, I highly recommend stopping by.

I gave 2 star service rating because their bathroom is reserved only for employees. I don't know whose idea of running a Boba drinks business but not providing restroom usage to customers and expect to get profit and tips from customers. What are they afraid of loosing?

I did not ask for extra ice and more than half of the cup was filled with ice (a large cup also)

I ordered and the drinks I got looked different from the picture, the cup broke, and the drinks taste watered down and not sweet at least the inside is cute tho with cute decorations and the Oreo garden is a drink I recommend the most

I have made boba stops every day this week while I’ve been in LA. I had the strawberry matcha drink. It was decent for what it is but the strawberry that is used seems to be a syrup base which wasn’t my personal preference. Reminded me of what gets used in a McDonalds strawberry sundae.
Again drink was not bad, just wasn’t my personal preference from other strawberry matches he had.
