Dim Sum King was a great place to enjoy a variety of dim sum. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the different dishes made it fun to share and try a little of everything. The service was efficient and the atmosphere was lively but comfortable. I’d definitely return for another meal.
Textbook hole in the wall spot. Very reasonable prices and the quality is good. They have a great variety of dim sum and plenty of parking. Definitely eat to go is my advice, but they do have some tables and seating inside--spot is just a little too warm in the summer.

The big, fat shu mai and the see-through chive dumpling wrapper are favorites. The pineapple egg yolk buns are incredible, and everything is seasoned well, showing the owners’ experience. While the shrimp rice roll wrapper can be a bit thick, it’s not a big issue. The restaurant accepts card with a small fee and recommends bringing cash. It is a take-out only spot, with fast service and a variety of items, including non-dim sum dishes made in the back. Overall, a hidden gem that offers the best dim sum in the SGV area.
