Very bad management. I went in to use the restroom before I ordered food, since I needed to relive myself urgently. The manager seen my need and insisted I had to order beforehand. Even after I let her know I’d order after I peed, she refused to open the door for me. I peed myself due to her stubbornness. I don’t understand why she gave me bad customer service when I come here all the time on my lunch break. This was something avoidable. She claims her name is Flora, she wasn’t wearing a badge. She gave me the wrong receipt, I had to ask for her to reprint mines so I could do the review.

Terrible service. Went inside to order food. All attention was being given to drive thru. There was no one at the desk. One girl was delivering food to parked cars & completely ignored the line forming at the counter. It wasn't until a different girl came back from her break that we were attended. 20 mins for an order of fries. Never again.

This is the best Jack in the Box in El Monte from my opinion ? good customer service pretty fast and my order so far has been correct and all in the bag?. There's this one worker who sounds like he's about to beat box or like a UFC announcer lol but I like it! Good energy love it! Good job staff?

Customer service had a steep decline as of late, delays in orders due to error - adding 15 minutes.They even started towing cars belonging to the businesses next door, their large sources of revenue. Don't come here, McDonald's taste better anyways

The only thing i liked about this visit is they were open, most jacks were closed!! The drive thru took 4ever, so by time i got my food it was already cold, nothing taste fresh at all so over all i wud say it wasnt a good expierance, thats $30 i will NOT get back!!

We ordered online in the parking lot and the both combos weren't even warm and large fries were super cold! Had to put it in the air fryer when I got home!

Laura the manager is out of control so disrespectful I was talking to her an asked y a cup of water is $3.84 she claims that how much a cup is she not charging me for the water so then I asked how much the soda is and it the same so she isn't just charging me for the cup. I'm pregnant she was yelling at me banging on the metal counter top swinging her hands at me and I asked y r u so mad all I'm asking is when the district manager will be in so she can correct this issue I have worked for many company's and I know I cup isn't $3.84. I am Mexican and she started to ask me do u speak English wow I only speak English so that was so disrespectful and has nothing to do with letting me know when I can speak to the district manager all I wanted was to correct the issue cuz they r not understanding if I'm paying for a just a cup then y is the price the same as a soda. She also decided to call me cheap and I asked y do u keep calling me names I'm not even mad or raising my voice I'm just asking when can I speak with the district manager and hits the metal counter again and slams the glass windows on me. And I'm checking my order and they didn't give me my hash browns wow.
