This is the best Jack in the Box in El Monte from my opinion ? good customer service pretty fast and my order so far has been correct and all in the bag?. There's this one worker who sounds like he's about to beat box or like a UFC announcer lol but I like it! Good energy love it! Good job staff?
Terrible service at this location. Ordered in drive thru and was asked to confirm at least 3 times but some how they still got it wrong. Got to the window, asked to park out front and wait. They bring food out, no sauce we requested and salad missing. Go inside and they try to tell me I didn't order a salad, I ordered a chicken sandwich. Um... I know what I ordered. For someone that's injured and can barely walk right now it was a terrible experience to have to wait and then walk...read full review

Terrible service. Went inside to order food. All attention was being given to drive thru. There was no one at the desk. One girl was delivering food to parked cars & completely ignored the line forming at the counter. It wasn't until a different girl came back from her break that we were attended. 20 mins for an order of fries. Never again.
