The goal was to use get some food after using the restroom. I didn't get that far. The bathroom floors were sticky and gross. The fix to the missing floor tiles was putting a trash cans over it. Which is a safety hazard if someone were to trip on it but also a health department violation. The spot to hang coats or bags was broken. There was maybe one person dining inside but why was one of the staff putting toilet paper into their car when I arrived? If the bathroom was this bad, imagine the kitchen. Needless to say I didn't stick around to find out.

Had my order wrong. Whay I didn't ask for they put it in there. No lettuce on tacos. And had it. Sandwiches 1 mayo 1 no lettuce and they both had lettuce & mayo. Didn't even get 1 order right. Not coming back again.

Probably the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. They didn't give me sweet & sour sauce for my egg rolls. No chocolate sauce or syrup for my banana french toast. So i had to drive back, get off & when i asked for the condiments they asked me for my receipt (which they also didnt give me)

What did they have me wait for if they forgot to even put the sausage in my sausage egg and cheese sandwich??? Unbelievable that I waited for my order to not even be made completely!!!
