Probably the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. They didn't give me sweet & sour sauce for my egg rolls. No chocolate sauce or syrup for my banana french toast. So i had to drive back, get off & when i asked for the condiments they asked me for my receipt (which they also didnt give me)

Usually have no issues at this location, but today was the day. Went through the drive-through, and after ordering, I was told to wait before I got to the window. What did they have me wait for if they forgot to even put the sausage in my sausage egg and cheese sandwich??? Unbelievable that I waited for my order to not even be made completely!!!

Came in at 7:05pm, ordered a large fries and it took 30 minutes to get them. I would have not received them had I not approached the counter and asked where my order was. Said they were understaffed but I could observe the employees were in no rush to work. There is no excuse.
The most ugliest, sloppy, slow, unproffesional working people here. Took over 20 minutes to attend, This is a fast food restaurant?? Horrible place, horrible management who ever is running it here. Close this place down!!! Took over 45 minutes for one simple combo, and there is nobody here!!!
