If the truck drivers are anything close to the company's quality, I would steer clear. One of their trucks ran 2 cars off a road when they changed lanes last minute. I saw that and when I waa next to them on a 2 lane merge to 101N, they took up the entire 2 lanes and forced me to go on the side as well. Wow! Horrible!

the egg yellow noodle was bad saggy didn't had the texture was had couples months ago i think very good chance they put way less egg than it was ( due to egg surge) i cook them as always wait till water is boil n alot of bubbles befor cooking also i rinses it with water before putting inside the boil water soggy
