Ordered two happy meals on different days. I asked for a sprite and 6 nuggets for the first one. Instead, I got 4 nuggets with carbonated water. Second time I came by, I come with a different toy from what I asked for on the mobile app and they almost forgot to give me the soda that came with it.

Asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and I received a Cold ,stale, bacon, egg, and cheese bagel
First of i had to order on the kiosk because nobody was attending at the register then after I order i Waited at least half an hour before I went looking for my order my food was cold already they didn't bring it to my table whats the point of getting a number.

Picked up breakfast today , got a bacon , egg and cheese bagel .. this is a constant issue here .. drove all the way to Beverly Hills this morning with my food and got to my location to eat .. I opened up my food and no bacon … just egg and cheese !!! I’m upset and angry now I just spent the last of my money ordering food and for them to mess up my food is frustrating .. not only do they not pick up the phone .. the young kids they hire just seem to not care and rush through everything … one time I only got a bagel with nothing inside .. after I paid for a full bacon egg and cheese bagel … do better McDonald’s !! I’m so freakin pissed !!
