This is the most authentic Nanjing Salty duck place. There secret is using the different kind of duck, it is leaner from the other state. And the flavor is so good. Also I have to mention the cutting skill is fabulous. every piece of duck is so thin, and nicely present. the duck meat is very tender. As a Nanjingese, every traditional holiday I will buy this and share with parents and family.

The duck was really really good very authentic. We're been coming here for many years but noticed the owner seems changed. No sure if that's the case but the duck taste even better than before. You need to call them ahead for them to prep so you don't have to wait. I recommend you to give it a try!
