The service here is just going downhill. The last time I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal they only gave one sauce. I couldn't even finish the nuggets cus that's just not enough sauce. I came back today and ordered a 20 piece nuggets with bbq sauce. When I drove up to the pick up window, I asked the young female worker how many bbq sauce do they give for a 20 piece she said 2-3. I made sure to ask if she can make sure to give 3 and she rudely said it'll be in the bag. Somehow I just knew they were going to mess up the order and sure enough the bag came out with ranch and sweet and sour sauce. It's really annoying to not get a simple order correctly and worse when you have to deal with a rude worker. It also clearly says 3 bbq sauce on the receipt. Do better, hire workers that are actually nice.

The service is a hit & miss. There's a really nice guy that is very friendly & makes sure everything is accurate. But when he's not there, the service is mediocre, at best. Yesterday, he wasn't there. I ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard and BBQ sauce. They didn't put ANY sauces in my order because they ran out of honey mustard. ? Thankfully, I checked my bag before leaving. We had to ask for BBQ sauce since they didn't give any sauces.

Really bad service inside. Employees just ignore you when ready to order and been waiting for 10 mins. Even the manager just looked at us. Ridiculous!!

I would never go back to this McDonald's it as the worst service ever poor service and long waits for food like 40 mins waits I never had a long wait everyone inside was really upset with the wait even door dash.

Food is food... but it's more of the service that i couldn't imagine. Service is really really slow. Waited for my food that I ordered using mobile order instead of falling in line because of the rewards app. Waited for my food for about 1 hour. Either they don't enough employees working or I really don't know. 1 just for the food ambiance 1 since they did remodeled the place.
