There's not much I can keep saying that's positive about McDonalds. They are convenient.? Thats all really. Orders from the app keep coming out wrong. Curbside as an option gets canceled even when it IS available, and you have to wait in the drive thru or go inside.. That defeats the purpose. No ketchup, EVER, even when you add it to the app. Missing items and having to go inside because they drop the food and disappear.. Seriously.!! Drive thru was a bad experience, order big Mac ask to remove couple of items for burger, I let them know twice and I still after I check my bag my burger only had the items I request to remove and had no meat in it, I mean it's funny but also annoying that they can mess up like that. Went inside and still made me wait to make the order right. Try another location they are plenty.

LUNCH RUSH NO ONE MANNING THE REGISTERS, MANAGER WAS CALLED OVER BY CUSTOMER HE WAS UPSET AND SHORT DIRECTING PEOPLE TO SELF CHECKOUT. HE THEN IN HARSH TONE TOLD 9/10YR OLD ORDERING TO USE SELF CHECK OUT WHILE GRANDFATHER WATCHED, I WAS 1ST TOLD TO WAIT IF I DONT USE SELF CHECK OUT I EXPLAINED I HAD WAITED, THIS WAS MY 1/2 HR LUNCH BREAK. THE SAME MANAGER DID GIVE ME MY FOOD QUICKLY.
