My grandson loves McDonalds breakfast sandwiches! His favorite is the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle and orange juice. The service was very slow and we waited almost 10 minutes for our food. Again, we visited McDonald's in El Monte. The drive-through service was terrible. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get to the pay window.

Had a mix up in food orders but what I thought was gonna be a hard thing to try and fix the manager Miguel really helped me out. With hungry kids and busy long day his attitude really did make the difference.

Haven't been in here in awhile. Food is fine but a long wait with only 1 person ahead of us and it is so hot, like 80 degrees and muggy inside. Other customers were complaining and fanning themselves also. It was not like this before.
