Been coming here since I was a child. A lot of nice memories. The atmosphere and the owner are great. Love the free little slices of pizza they give. I only order the pizza and I don't know but it doesn't taste as good as before. I don't know if it is meor if they make it different

Been coming here many times back in the early 2000's with my son. Now my son is grown up and haven't been here in a while. Started coming back here Solo (2023). I've noticed new owners (Vietnamese, cause I asked) Pizza flavor is the same . I love their chicken wings. The young asian lady at the front counter is very cordial.

After weeks of contemplating if I should try this place, i finally did. Its not the worst, but definitely not the best. I have had better pizza. I would have given it 3 stars however the pizza was dry and they were stingy with toppings. The sauce overall isn't bad at all. As you can see in the photo, it could have used more sauce, more toppings. The dough doesn't seem fresh, almost taste like packaged dough (Boboli). They could make some improvements. The place looks dirty and run down, however they have an A grade from health department ( hence the only reason i actually ordered). Thanks Palermo for filing my tummy, however you did not satisfy my craving for good pizza.

So the pizza was made fast, the service was polite, but the pizza itself is not too different in texture and flavor from a 7/11 or Costco pizza... except they charged $22 for it. Double pepperoni? Is their normal pepperoni like a dozen slices? Where's the sauce? Ah, I guess frozen premade pizzas don't tend to be heavy on that. Sad that my dad was duped into buying it because he loved it decades ago under different ownership, but now it's slightly less than what the former nearby Chuck E Cheese could deliver (RIP Pieplate). Never again, question any recent positive reviews and the reviewers that left them.TL;DR You're better off getting a similar quality pizza at 7/11 for a fraction of the price.

I tried a small cheese pizza here and thought it tasted well. Not all cheese pizzas taste alike but this one had a unique taste and I'm sure if I would have it again I could point it out. I like that the front portion of the restaurant is partitioned from the kitchen part. It feels like you're going into a small office to buy food. Very businesslike. I actually like it.

This place would've been a 3-star if it wasn't for the fact that the staff was nice and held our food for so long after confusion with door dash. The portion sizes are great and the price is very good. The charm of this place is the food that you would get if you wanted to support a local business and if you're not a local you wouldn't get it. What we ordered: -Fried Chicken -Spaghetti With meat sauce -Chicken Parm -Palermo's special pizza -Mozzarella Sticks The Fried chicken was salty, did not have much seasoning, and was not crispy. The Spaghetti with meat sauce and Chicken parm were both equal in flavor it just tasted like ragu pasta sauce just plopped on top of the spaghetti the Chicken parm wasn't chicken parm it was just a grilled piece of chicken breast not fried! I'd stay away from these two. The pizza was one of the best things they had! As they should after all their name is Palermo "Pizza". A lot of toppings have great cheese pull, are not burnt, and have a good sauce-to-topping ratio. The mozzarella sticks are as expected cheesy and crunchy favorite thing Overall this place is a small business so for the vast majority it's going to be okay but GREAT for locals because of the price and variety. For those who are wondering to try this place, I'd say try it for yourself. If you try it at least YOU'LL know if it's good for you or not! I'll come back to try other items on the menu

I wouldn't recommend buying here bc at first glance, u can tell the restaurant's upkeep is subpar. The pizza I ordered looked perfectly fine and the eating experience was a solid B+, however, what concerns me is that the food made me feel sick Best to order from another pizza store that you already know is clean and serves pizza that makes the body feel fine.
