I stop to get some food for the family and I placed my order in the drive thru the lady who took my order re-confirmed my order so am thinking everything is good once I get to the window she makes me back up after she charged me then once she gave me my order she was missing my 12pack tacos she had a bad attitude like if she was mad, once I got home she messed up my order this lady needs to pay attention while taking orders. I understand there are times that it gets busy but there's no need to be rude or careless. By the way her name is Silvia....

15 minutes wait for 2 items, literally only three other people in the building. No way, it should take that long. At least 4 employees were working,
Literally almost every time I come here they make us park in front of the restaurant to wait for our order and there is either no cars or like 2 cars. They do not like working or what? They should be able to serve my food in the drive thru and not make me go in front of the restaurant to wait. They aren’t even busy every-time I go. I think their manager should know about this.

gets the job done, this place will satisfy cravings, thats really tacobells greatest strength. customer service is okay, nothing crazy. Automated ordering now so the place feels very automated and robotic. If you just care about tasty food and nothing else, this will do.

I ordered the cheesy burrito, and this is smaller than a cheesy roll-up... somebody here was a lazy penny pincher. Half the size of the 2nd picture. I spent $6 on this crap
