I feel like I owe this place a 5-star review—this is by far the friendliest Hong Kong-style restaurant with the most exceptional service in Los Angeles (if you know what I’m talking about). The food is tasty and definitely hits the spot, though there’s still some room for improvement.

The first time, I had the baked pork chop over rice. The overall dish was very tasty, but the rice was a little hard (old?). The second time, I had the beef and egg over rice—again, everything tasted fabulous, but I wish there were more eggs on top of that noodle.

Yes, I’m a picky eater, but I still compliment their service and food very much.

And to say we thought this was going to be one of our new spots. You guys could really have it all but you had to ruin our experience at the end of the day. When we were going to pay for our two plates, we didn’t necessarily plan to tip because we couldn’t afford to, and it’s not like I need to explain that personally to anybody; so I put no tip and signed. Instead of leaving like a normal server would, your server acted surprised I processed the payment that way and insisted he wanted to charge us more for tip and even went back to the page to add more on top of that. Good thing my partner made sure to tell him not to do that, to exit that page and all, because now I don’t trust you with my card information if you willy nilly are capable of charging clients more. Wanted to keep coming back but now I am never coming back until someone fixes this issue. Do not come here if money is tight, because I have a feeling they could try to sneak a tip or overcharge given the other reviews I read.

Fast service with reasonable price, tasty compared with competition.

Waitress spoke little English. I presented a picture on my phone of Peking pork chops so she pointed to a dish on the menu as that particular dish. I trusted her and it came out to be sweet and sour pork chops. A second waitress asked me to sign a tablet for bill payment and she gave herself 18% tips without me knowing. Luckily, I asked her otherwise I would have left a tip on the table in addition to what she already added. When I confronted her that she should let customers decide for themselves how much tip should be added, she played dumb. I'm disappointed at her deceitfulness; it's another form of theft.

Fried rice and chow fun tasted great. A little bit greasy but just fine if eaten before cooling down.

The food is just OK, it tastes plain, but portion is right. Also, people who work there are friendly. They close late at night, which is really good. The bathroom is really disgusting, some body poop on the toilet ground.

The food is average and the price is a bit expensive, but the main problem is that there is no air conditioning. I was sweating profusely after eating. The dining environment is not good. I will not consider it next time.

This is a message to the business owner. Your in the restaurant business. Food and service are the 2 things you provide and you failed to provide both. We walked in and you don't turn on the air conditioner. Instead you personally sit in the corner and have a ac unit pointed at you only. I went to your bathroom and your too cheap to fix your plumbing. Instead you have a bucket to catch the sink water that drips on the floor. Your soap is mixed with water to save a few cents and the bathroom is prime for bacteria. When I peeked into the kitchen it's dirty and disgusting. When we took our seat the fork was dirty and the employee was reluctant to change it for a clean one. We deliberated to try your food but in fear for our heath we left. Needless to say still paid for the overpriced tea.

If you at all care about your restaurant I would advise you to put some energy in running your business and fix things that are broken. Take a little pride in your business.

Additionally there is a baby roach outside your business where we parked. I would advise you take action before the health department gets involved

If you read this review and refund me for the lemon tea that we paid for I will update the review. Service date june 22 time 417pm

Update. It's been 2 days and clearly the restaurant values their $4.95 vs doing what's rite
