It's a very cute place with a good grip on its aesthetic. They have a wide range of drinks with varying flavor profiles. I had the Thai tea lemonade, and I did not like it. I just don't think it's a pleasant flavor, not that they made it poorly.
It does seem a little boring(?). They have those tablet ordering kiosks and then there's a small window where they give you the drink; It feels like it's missing an element of humanity that would bring...

The only reason it’s a 3/5 is because it seems unfair to charge customers for less ice or no ice. See photo.
I have never seen this. Kids love the non tea drinks but sometimes no ice. Seems very petty.
Less Ice = 50 cents more
No ice = 75 cents more
Hilarious so my thought is they have to add more milk or product to make up for the loss of ice.
