Unacceptable and Unprofessional Behavior by Staff
My wife and I had a very uncomfortable experience due to an employee named Loran. From the start, she repeatedly gave us disgusted looks, which made us feel unwelcome as customers.
The situation escalated when she brought her boyfriend into the dining area, seated next to him, and began flirting and making out in front of customers, which was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. To make matters worse, her boyfriend kept staring at my wife and me, making us feel uneasy while trying to eat. It also looks like she gave him a free meal
This behavior completely ruined our meal. It shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Management needs to address this immediately, as this is not acceptable in any restaurant setting. When ever Dylan is there I enjoy my food and he goes out his way to ensure I have an amazing dining experience! I wish she was more like that

Service is just like any other fast food place. When you pay at the counter as you order the food, the screen asks for a tipping amount. We ordered black garlic ramen and chicken karaage. The ramen is not good at all. I give 1 star for ramen. The chicken was average, so I give 3 stars. 2 stars for food.

I got the Black Pepper Pork Ramen and the Strawberry Matcha latte Loved loved the Ramen it's flavor wasn't to over bearing, but yummy all together The Strawberry Matcha latte was really sweet and semi thick due to them using a creamer base, but the boba part was yummy. It was good I just prefer a more bitter matcha flavor then sweet, but it was my first time there and the service was very good. Overall very cute environment and the employees were very nice.

This place is smart, stand in line, order food & pay first…then sit down. Food & service is horrible. This was one of the tasteless ramen bowl ever. I resorted to putting soy sauce & black garlic sauce so I could try & eat it. Didn’t work. It was gritty, burnt in old oil tasting now, this is hopeless. The egg was really mushy inside… what ever else was in there tasted sour questioning where it has been. I did not finish it- the noodles were like thin spaghetti too. I tried to spice it up & I would not touch the containers because it had caked on dirt, just filthy. Then I noticed hair on my table- not mine. The phone entertained attendant/ food server was put out & rude about the question I had & never once came by to asked how the food was… My mouth still has a horrible taste. I used the restroom, GROSS! Maybe that’s why the food is terrible, hopefully I don’t get sick. Don’t bother wasting your money- am feeling like the health department should be called on this A+ restaurant 🙄

Great little ramen shop in a small strip mall in the heart of El Segundo. Limited but delicious menu, very helpful staff, and quick service. The ramen hit the spot on a cool winter night.

Not a Romen kind of guy. I just tried it because the family wanted to try it. Guys it was good. Honestly I dont know what they got but it was good. I just picked from everybody's bowl. They got big bowls so I had to help

Service was very fast, but place was rather empty for a Sunday evening. I had the fire ramen, broth wasn’t very rich, had fine flavor and it wasn’t all that spicy. I’ve had better bowls but it was worth trying

I ordered the black garlic ramen as many others had recommended. The service is good, the environment is nice, the chashu is decently tender. But the soup, although the taste has potential, seems watered-down, and the default straight thin noodles are kind of clumpy and of an average texture. It might have to do with why the ramen comes out insanely fast—I barely sat down before receiving my food.
