the ramen noodles have egg, and they declined to substitute for rice.
Blossom Ramen is delicious! My go-to is always the Black Garlic Ramen which has a wonderful taste and the ingredients are fresh. The atmosphere is adorable with the light-up blossom trees, cute for a date night!

I recently tried the Fire Kazan (火山) Ramen at Blossom Ramen, featuring a ghost pepper chili bomb in a rich Tonkotsu pork bone broth. It was absolutely delicious! The broth flavor was particularly enjoyable, making for a truly satisfying meal.

Great place, hopefully here for years to come. Average price for ramen nowadays, but quality and quantity is great. Pork don was good with a interesting seasoning. They have boba, teas, and lemonade. The lychee was good. Overall definitely coming back.

Food was great!!!
Wow! Just wow. The food is absolutely delicious, and everything tastes amazing—from their drinks to their side dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend! A nice spot before catching a flight.

The fact that I ate all the ramen I ordered speaks to its exceptional quality. Furthermore, the ambiance is delightful.
Great ramen. Also had good kimchi. Nice atmosphere for a small place. Staff needs to smile more. 😀
The service, staff and restaurant atmosphere were great, but the food was not that flavorful. I ordered the black garlic ramen and I could barely taste the ramen. The main reason for visiting this restaurant was because it was close to LAX and I was dropping off a friend at the airport.
I would recommend a visit to Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle Annex instead.
Just had an amazing lunch, simple yet full of life with these bowls are delicious. Excellent service good tea and a total vibe all around.
Cute atmosphere, friendly stuff and good food.
