Great spot. No indoor seating but lovely outdoor area; our food was very good; staff were friendly and quick.
The best brunch place and cozy vibes. We went there for 5 out of 10 days we were in El Segundo. Good service, good menu. Don't forget to try sitting at space at the back.
This place takes forever for what should be a simple process. 1 customer 3 employees, yet I’m waiting >5 mins to place an order. If you’re open you’re open. Also the food is good but overpriced.

Really fun, delicious, creatively unusual menu - great team working there, indoor and outdoor seating.
Service is just superb. Welcoming. Super cute cafe. Went for a lite dinner hoping for sandwiches but they were out. Got the bb latte- yum - truly blue ?. Got the pumpkin bread super moist & yummy not too sweet + he gave us an extra because they were closing super nice guy ??.
What a pleasant coffee shop! Tasty coffee, good prices, excellent service, great ambience, plenty of seating inside and out, dog friendly - water bowls in the back yard. I hung out for a few hours with a friend, and the staff genuinely seemed to enjoy working there.

Delicious coffee, tea, treats and breakfast in El Segundo!
We found the Blue Butterfly purely by chance on our way to the cruise port - what a great find - it was fabulous. We only had great coffee (beautifully presented) however the food looked great - prices were very reasonable, The place has a great atmosphere and a very friendly, talkative and knowledgeable female barista. If you love good coffee this place is a must visit.
After a nice beach walk on a surprisly hot morning, I stopped in for a Mariposa coffee drink at Blue Butterfly. It was delicious! And though the line was out the door, it moved very fast!
Even with a line, this little place moves quickly to get you through! I had breakfast here on two different days, both were great experiences.
