Easy menu and they have a lot of options. The price is definitely good too. The employees are very helpful. The whole place is clean and there is a really nice chill area outside. I always come to this place.

Ordered a Rise and Shine and it took longer than usual to receive my order. I was the only customer in the establishment. I noticed that the employee at the assembly station was cutting up my toppings and also distracted by whatever was on his phone. I get that there’s not much to do when traffic is low, but put the same amount of effort on a busy day as you all would when it’s just me ordering.

My husband and I ordered a large acai bowl, but we ended up getting served something else as the base that was not acai, and it was way too sweet. We were expecting a healthy, partly frozen acai bowl. What we got was more like a partially melted down smoothie.

I went in for the juice bar because it says in he name of the business says juice bar. However they actually don't serve any juices. They had 2 flavors of some third party juice in a cooler that was 75% empty. Staff who greeted me were friendly.

A bit too watery and expensive. The plaza has a good atmosphere though.
I wish I could give them a better review. I was double charged on 2 separate occasions, so I reached out to the store manager as instructed by the staff. After a buncha back-and-forth emails and phone calls - most of which I had to follow-up on - the corporate office blamed a third party vendor and said there was nothing they could do. After a month of this I finally threatened legal recourse and the manager gave me a refund. No one in the process seemed concerned about the inconvenience to me - just the inconvenience to themselves. Acai Republic is better, and without the headache.

Makai bowl had no flavor .. I asked for a scoop of vegan protein and instead of blending it mixing it in they just scooped it in the middle so I just had a spoonful of dry powder … gross

A bit off the beaten path, but delicious acai bowls are available here. I had the chocolate dream (which comes with chocolate chips!) while my friend had the makai bowl. You pick between a regular or large size. We came here after eating sushi for lunch so we were a bit peckish, but eating the regular size brought us over the edge. There were some indoor tables available and a lot more outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was super pleasant and there was a fountain that added to a soothing environment. Free parking. Credit cards accepted. They have smoothies available as well.
