The chocolate waffle was the worst thing I’ve ever gotten. They barely add any chocolate syrup so it still taste bland and it’s almost $20 and they still want a tip for that… like how does a nasty waffle go from 15 to almost $20 ?! I’ve tried the chicken before and it’s not memorable at all. I really wanted to like this place I’m sorry

This is a nice place, clean, nice atmosphere, the food is ok, as a chef by default my standards are automatically high , but try it most people really dont cook so this place will probably be great for them, people who cook at home Might be harder to please

I had a bit of a rough start this morning when I showed up to pick up my UberEats order for breakfast, only to realize it had been placed at a different location across town. I was frustrated and running late to work, but Jessica, one of the staff members, immediately noticed my situation and went above and beyond to help.
She kindly spoke with her manager and they were both incredibly accommodating, agreeing to fulfill the order on the spot despite the mix-up. Thanks to their understanding and quick action, I was able to get my food and still make it to work on time.
BIG shoutout to Jessica and the entire team for their excellent customer service. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care and are willing to go the extra mile. Thank you!

Good morning & Happy Sunday! 🌞 If you're ever in El Segundo, CA, PLEASE stop by BRUXIE. I believe they got it right...food, service & laid back atmosphere. The best Manager is Ty, he is truly a vibe! He's attentive & has a fabulous personality! If things start at the top & trickle down, then Kiersten definitely is absolute Gold! She greeted us with the purest spirit, infectious smile & warmest personality I've seen in quite a while. I worked in fast food while in high school & I understand the mechanics within the food industry. They make it look as easy as riding a bike! The food definitely hit the spot! Take a look at my before & after. ...I had a cold brew coffee-Vanilla- Lavender & a Grilled Chicken Ranch BLT with no mayo. When I tell you it was savory! The chicken was tender & the waffle is always flavorful. We came early in the a.m., so parking wasn't an issue. But, just know, this is a popular area & you may have to park in the structure. It's not far, & after eating this delicious food, you may want to walk it off...🤣 Kudos to BRUXIE!

Came during happy hour and was happy to get the loaded fries deal. They were accommodating and allowed me to swap the fries for the tots. Food was delicious. Picture speaks for itself.
Need metal silverware. The food was outstanding, very creative menu. Staff was really friendly and attentive, nice location, then they hand you a plastic fork that bends when you try to cut your chicken . . . really takes away from the otherwise very pleasant experience. I’ll be back! (And I’ll bring my own fork. :)

Nashville sandwich was pitifully sad. Hella salty, not spicy, falls apart before it got to me, crispy thin and bland waffle. Eat here her if you think the Mexican food restaurant next to it is good.

Came here for the first time and will be coming back for more! At first I had mild expectations but you can't beat such good quality seasoned chicken not to mention the crispiest fluffiest waffles enough to feed 5 people! Plus this place is near where we live and has to be the best breakfast/brunch/lunch in the city! Sorry for the picture I didn't have time to take pictures because I destroyed the chicken and waffles under 20 mins ?.
