I had the misfortune of finding two pieces of hair in my sandwich. I initially thought the first one was mine and pulled it out. Then the second one, I found while taking a bite. Thankfully ? this was so long and so embedded into the sandwich, I didn’t eat it. I opened it up and pulled it out. I immediately threw out my sandwich. These sandwiches are not cheap btw.

My prior experiences were good. Finding multiple stands of hair = never going back.

This was the driest sandwich I've ever had. I got a turkey sub and it was overcooked dry shredded turkey with no sauce or mayo or anything. I don't even remember the other toppings, but the sandwich would have been vastly improved if it was even just basic deli meat instead.

Also it took 20+ minutes to make this and an Italian sub. That's after waiting 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we had walked in and wanted to order.

With all of the great reviews, I really wanted to try it but I can say it is definitely not worth it compared to really any other place that makes subs, especially for the price.

I walked in to order a few minutes ago. A staff worker was cleaning the glass door. When I went in only 1 staff member behind the counter but they never came to me to ask for my order so I went to the restaurant next door. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t know why they ignored me. Oh well.

I attempted to make a $750+ catering order, called 4 times throughout the day and left a voicemail. No response or call back. Sadly ended up ordering from subway.

Great food and inviting staff. Very clean location and the food is even better than I remember when I would visit them on the East Coast. Bonus is they have fries at this location and they're definitely worth ordering.

One of the best turkey sandwiches I've had. I think it was the Cole Turkey. Bread had the perfect density, and sandwich contents were the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The salads I've seen here also look delicious.
Nice clean atmosphere. Air conditioned. Yes, it's a bit pricey compared to say Subway, but has a lot more flavor.

Stopped in today for the first time. I ordered a 10” wagyu cheesesteak for my son. I didn’t get anything so I tried his. We thought it was good except it was very salty. I don’t know if wagyu has a saltier taste. My son was very hungry so he ate it. I wanted to call in to let them know but would have been too far to drive back. Will give them another shot.

Purchased a medium The Bobby
sandwich. Ordered it hot. The
Bobby sandwich was trash. Not
worth $16.41. Wasn’t appetizing
to my taste buds. Hardly no
cranberry sauce. Stuffing was
trash, not flavorful at all. Really
wish I went to my first choice;
Tacomasa Taqueria that was
next door. Only reason I came
here is because the line was
very long at Tacomasa. Will
not be eating here again.

I love this new sandwich place in El Segundo. Their naked fries is a must try which is truly unique. So far I’ve had their American Wagyu French dip and their Wagyu Cheesesteak and both were delicious. The bread they use is the perfect softness in my opinion. Seating is limited inside but they do have some outdoor seating. They can get crowded at lunchtime during the week so order ahead or get there early.

I recently visited the new Capriotti's Sandwich Shop location in El Segundo, and I can confidently say it deserves a full five stars! I appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the cleanliness.

I enjoyed the "Grilled Chicken Parmesan" sandwich, and it was delicious. The chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, and flavorful, on fresh bread, complemented by a rich marinara sauce and melted provolone cheese.

In addition to the sandwich, I also tried the clam chowder, which was equally impressive. The chowder was creamy and hearty, filled with tender clams and a delightful blend of flavors. It was the perfect comfort food, making it an excellent companion to the sandwich.

The staff at Capriotti's were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was taken and prepared promptly. The cleanliness of the establishment and the overall ambiance further enhanced the dining experience.

I highly recommend a visit to Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in El Segundo. Whether you're a fan of classic sandwiches or looking to try something new, this place has something for everyone. I will definitely be back to explore more of their menu and enjoy the fantastic food and service.

Don't miss out on this gem in El Segundo!

The Capastrami has a good flavor profile ?. The Bobbie is good if you are in the mood for a turkey meal.
