Every time I go the guacamole has brown spots, the lettuce is barely fresh and tastes like it’s about to go bad. There’s almost always something out or broken from the quesadilla machine broke to being out of chips to tables being dirty. To the off taste in the beans and rice that lack flavor compared to other locations

As a regular patron of Chipotle, I have always appreciated the quality of your food and service. However, my recent experience fell far below my expectations.Upon arriving at the store, I noticed that the employees seemed disinterested and were engaged in personal conversations instead of attending to customers. Despite being in line, I had to wait longer than usual for assistance while the staff continued their conversation without acknowledging the waiting customers.To my dismay, when I finally ordered a steak bowl, I was charged $23, which seems excessively high compared to the usual pricing for similar items. This pricing discrepancy left me feeling overcharged and dissatisfied with the overall experience.I value the consistency and quality that Chipotle usually provides, but this recent visit was a significant deviation from the usual standards of service and professionalism I have come to expect from your establishment.I hope you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such instances do not recur. Bad Service, Was served by a teenage boy with an edgar cut, redish hair and dark eyes, he gave me have portions of everything, and then went to the register and asked for military discount and another teenage boy gave me a free drink and then threw the cup into my bag instead of handing to me.

The food was good, ESPECIALLY the queso, everyone ended up trying it and loving it. It was close to closing time, but the managers and employees gave us really good service. It's clean as well.

Extremely rude and lazy employees working here. I ordered in the app for mobile pick up for a certain time, and when I got there at that time I didn’t see my food on the shelves. So after giving them a few minutes, I decided to (kindly!) ask one of the workers if he knew if my order was ready because the app didn’t even show that it was being prepared. At first he just stared at me blankly, and then rudely suggested I “ask that guy” (another employee) despite the fact that he was currently doing nothing and there was no line. Really awful customer service; made me feel like I was inconveniencing him to ask a simple question.I don’t normally leave bad reviews and I’m by no means a Karen! But this interaction really soured my mood. Train the employees in customer service better at this location.
